How on God's green earth do I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 1 1/2 year old?
- Annie June is still her precious self.
- Although, here recently she has shown her sassy side. Eighteen months was tough with dude too! It's a pivotal point when they realize that acting out gets a reaction out of you and they won't think twice about pitching a fit. I call it the testing phase and it's rough.
- I give you exhibit A. AJ throwing all of her food on the floor and pitching a fit because she didn't like what I cooked for supper.
- She catches on to things pretty quick, so I hope this stage doesn't last very long!
- We still take selfies and send them to daddy. He loves getting pics of his girls:)
- She LOVES bubbles. It's borderline an obsession.
- Books are an obsession though.
- She takes a 2 hour nap during the day (sometimes a 30 minute cat nap in the morning) and around 11 hours at night.
- Still won't watch any TV except baby einsteins on my iPhone.
- She's also not much into toys. She wants to be right up under you or in your arms.
- She's so happy that Aunt Casey lives close by now!
- She's my traveler. She always wants to go "bye bye" and wants me to put on her "hues" (shoes)
- Testing testing 1.2.3.
- I clearly told her that no she couldn't have any "huice". Evidently she didn't hear me
or didn't give a damn.
- She weighs around 22 lbs and wears 18-24 month clothes and will be moving up to a size 4 shoe very soon!
- She loves animals and making animal noises. I knew the zoo was gonna be a big hit and it was!
- I could eat them both when they are this sweet! I hope they love each other forever.
- She tells me when she poops. Her vocabulary has grown tremendously this month!
- She's starting to put together 2 word sentences "more milk" and "bye papaw" and I just might die when she asks for "miiiilllllkkk pease"
- Here's thug life thinking she needed a face tat with a permanent sharpie marker.
- And crying of course. Did I mention she was going through a rough stage? Dem I spy brother in the background watching Frozen for the thousandth time?
- Bless.
- She loves the new playhouse that I scored at a garage sale for $35 bucks!
- She also loves the park that is within walking distance of our new house!!!
- Gosh they are some cute kids.
- If I do say so myself:)
- Noonie, we love you more than you will ever know!
- Dude is too cool for school and pretty much a grown man. Sad, but true. Nothing is baby about him anymore, well except for when he throws fits. Does it ever end?
- He. plays. hard.
- We have a bicycler on our hands!!!
- He begs to ride it every second of every day.
- Two minutes, two hours, or two days, it doesn't matter- the past is "last year" to dude. For example- "Last year I went to swimming lessons and slide down da slide." Umm that was yesterday, my dear precious.
- I don't correct it because it's so cute. He also sings "This little mite of mine, I gonna let it shine" and I don't dare correct it either.
- Papaw babysat for an hour and this is what I came home to.
- War paint (NON-WASHABLE might I add), pajama top, boots, and riding his bicycle with no hands. Really Jimbo?
- Our move was made easy thanks to this guy!

- Hagan the redneck destroying boxes one at a time.
- He loves the Ag Museum! Thanks Mammy for the year round tickets:)

- Here's Rudy at dude's age.
- He marked both our children!
- Co Co came in for a 2 day visit!!!
- Wouldn't be right without a buddy pic too!
- Annie calls him "bubby" and likes to give him sugar. This may be a problem in 15 years.
- But watch out buddy because her daddy knows how to do an arm bar. Just ask Uncle Jay!
- He still says "Dem I." The other day we walked into swim school and he said "Dem I smell swimming lessons?" It gave us a good laugh.
- This little thug snuck a pen out of my purse and gave himself a hand tat. And then had the nerve to give me this expression when I confronted him about it.
- Friggin Hooligans.
- He's rough and tough, but also very tender-hearted and emotional. It's the Jimbo in him! Here he is at a restaurant pretending to sleep while Mammy sings to him. He still asks her to "bayou baby" him sometimes.
- Any kind of ride is a big hit with dude!
- He still loves the outdoors.
- He's my favorite little boy.
- We love you sweet man!
