You are now 23 months old. In one short month, you will have been on this earth for two years! It's crazy how much you've changed from a newborn to a toddler. Although some days you seem more like a kindergartner instead of a toddler. See.
Here's what you're up to:
- You still have 16 teeth! I'm gonna go on the record and say that I have a feeling Annie will cut her first teeth, the same time you cut your second molars. It's just our luck:)
- When you smile a certain way, your dimples show! Here's an example.
- You love to walk in our shoes.
- You are obsessed with choo choo trains.
- You also like to point out airplanes in the sky & find the moon.
- When you leave the room you say, "bye bye momma" and I say, "bye bye sweetness, I love you" and you reply with a "lul you" And then I just melt into a puddle.
- We've been trying to do fun stuff with you before sister makes her arrival. We visit friends, the mall, the park, and football games, just to name a few!
- You feel the need to stand up and pee pee in your bath water. Grrrr.
- You still won't eat meat, but you will tear up fruit & veggie pouches. They are our staples.
- Instead of eating 3 big meals, you eat a few small meals a day. Actually, the only good meal that you eat is breakfast, sigh...
- You now wear a size 7 shoe.
- You LOVE piggy back rides.
- You've started playing with your leggos. Once we showed you how to build stuff, you will play for hours building trains...
- You are such a big boy at MMO. You eat at the big boy table & take a nap on your nap mat!
- I spy two sweet feet sticking out of your nap mat:)
- I also spy wub wub (your security blanket)
- Sometimes, I bust you in the refrigerator.
- You like to stack things. You especially like to stack things that you find in momma's pantry, such as crisco.
- I have a pumpkin in your's and sister's room and you love them. You say "pump pump".
- Speaking of fall, you are going to have the BEST halloween costume.
- Are you ready for it? You're gonna be a red-headed Elvis. I. could. die.
- You love to listen to Grammy's seashell. By the way, you can now say Grammy instead of Mammy! It's taken you awhile to say your G's properly.
- You make me smile every single day.
- I am honored to be your mother.
